Lately, I’ve been contemplating the Spleen, This is our oldest awareness center. It is the home of our primal instincts, body intelligence & immune system.

Richard and Ra Uru Hu taught that the fears we feel here are not just bad moods or random worries. They are actually ancient survival codes hardwired in our bodies from our ancestors. These codes were designed to help us navigate danger and stay alive. Over time, however, these codes have collected heavy emotional density, what we call Sanskaras (ancestral pain stored in our DNA).


In my shamanic work, we use sacred earth medicines as circuit breakers

to help clear this old density and clean the genetic line… But here’s the thing… Most people aren’t able to go on deep healing journeys with indigenous medicines.



That’s why I wanted to share simple resets you can do at home,using things like essential oils, sound, and salt.

They work nicely cuz the Splenic Center is closely connected to our sense of smell

and the lymphatic system, what Ra Uru Hu called the body’s internal laundry or cleansing system…

 Gk 57: The Fear of Tomorrow

I am familiar with this feeling  cuz I have the 57 in my moon (attraction) plus Pluto… I will never forget being stuck in the Malaysia airport during COVID,

holding my little girl in my arms while watching the screens cancel flight after flight as the borders shut down…

At the exact same moment, my phone started exploding with calls and emails everyone asking for their money back ~ We lost like 70k in one day

It felt like a horror movie.

My whole body went into survival panic… I could barely breathe, my mind was freaking out about the future…this has been one of those moments u got to experience rhe fear of the unknown…

I’m so grateful I was deeply immersed in Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations at the time, his work literally became my medicine during that whole month while we were figuring things out….

It is the worry that old pain or toxic patterns will come back and affect your current relationships….The mind starts whispering…What if it happens again? This turns natural alertness into paranoia, making it very hard to trust the present…

punished by those in power… It often begins at home with our parents…

When the frequency is low, turns into sharp criticism that feels like rubbing salt into an open wound…

The secret to healing this fear is realizing that this key was never meant to judge people it was designed to judge patterns to make the future safer for everyone

Biologically, the 18 is part of the lymphatic system (the body’s laundry)�If you feel the fear of being found out or the urge to criticize, drink a large glass of water with a tiny pinch of sea salt

As you drink, visualize the water washing away the judgment static from your cells.

This fear is not about physical death.

It’s the deep dread that life has no meaning and your time will run out before you find your purpose.

I’ve seen it in my mother and some close friends…Many times they try to escape this discomfort through chocolate,

drugs or alcohol to numb the emptiness.

Since the 28 is part of the Ring of Death along with Gate 32, it responds to chemical circuit breakers… Use an invigorating scent like black pepper or peppermint essential oil. This will wake up your Splenic alertness and

anchor you back into the game of life.

 Gk 48: The Fear of Inadequacy

This is the voice that whispers,

I don’t know enough.

It makes people terrified they’re not prepared for life.I’ve seen people with this fear endlessly collecting certifications and degrees, hoping a piece of paper will finally make them feel safe. Even when they are already masters in their field, they still can’t see their own depth.

The Aromatherapy Circuit Breaker

The 48 is connected to the immune system and works closely with the sense of smell (like the 44). When you feel “not good enough,” inhale a deep,spicy scent like cinnamon or ginger.  

This will instantly reset your system, calm the fear, and remind your body that you are safe and capable right now.
