Travel to Peru and Sacred Valley

How do i get to Cusco?

Fly into Cusco International Airport (CUZ). From there, we will arrange group transport to the retreat center in the Sacred Valley (about 1.5–2 hours).

Do i need a Visa to travel to Peru?

Most countries, including the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, do not require a visa for stays under 90 days. Please check your country’s requirements before traveling.

What is the Weather like in the Sacred Valley?

The Sacred Valley has mild, spring-like weather. Days are typically sunny and warm (60–70°F / 16–24°C) while nights can be cool (40°F / 5–10°C). Dry season runs May–September.

Connectivity: Wi-Fi and Phones

Is There Wifi at the Retreat Center?

Yes, basic Wi-Fi is available, though it may be slower than in urban areas. We encourage digital detox during the retreat for a deeper experience.

Will my phone work in Peru?

Most international phones will work, but roaming can be expensive. We recommend buying a local prepaid SIM card at the airport or in Cusco for affordable data and calls.

What is included in the Retreat?

The retreat includes accommodations, all meals, 3 Ayahuasca ceremonies, 1 San Pedro ceremony, Human Design workshops, guided integration, and transportation from/to Cusco.

What is the daily schedule like?

Days include ceremonies, integration circles, Human Design sessions, free time for rest or nature walks, and nourishing meals. A detailed itinerary is provided after registration.

Is the Retreat Suitable for Beginners?

Yes. The retreat is designed for both newcomers and experienced participants. We offer support, education, and guidance throughout the journey.

What do i need to bring to the Retreat?

We recommend layered clothing, a rain jacket, hiking shoes, flashlight, journal, reusable water bottle, toiletries, any necessary medications, and your openness to the experience.

Ayahuasca and Plant Medicine Safety Procedures

Is Ayahuasca Safe?

Ayahuasca is generally safe when used in a controlled, ceremonial setting with experienced facilitators. We work with trained shamans and provide full preparation and screening.

Are there any medical or mental health Restrictions?

Yes. People with certain health conditions or medications (e.g., SSRIs, heart issues) may not be eligible. All participants must complete a medical intake form and be approved by our team.

What safety measures are in place?

We have a trained support team on site, pre-retreat screening, and 24/7 staff presence. Integration and emotional support are provided throughout.

Human Design & Gene Keys

Do i need to know Human Design or Gene Keys to attend?

No prior knowledge is required. Our facilitators will introduce you to the basics of Human Design and Gene Keys, and guide you through your personal chart in an accessible way.

Can i go deeper if i already know my Human Design / Gene Keys chart?

Yes. Whether you’re new or experienced, the workshops are designed to meet you where you are and support personal breakthroughs using your bodygraph and hologenetic profile.

Yoga & Movement

Is Yoga included in the retreat?

Yes. Daily gentle yoga and movement practices are offered to support integration, embodiment, and preparation for ceremonies.

Do i need a Visa to be experienced in Yoga?

Not at all. All sessions are beginner-friendly and focused on mindful connection with the body rather than athletic performance.
