If my application is approved (typically within 1–4 days), I will receive an confirmation email along with a secure payment link to finalize my booking. At that time:

  • If the retreat begins in more than 6 weeks, I may choose to pay a 50% deposit.

  • If the retreat begins in 6 weeks or less, full payment is required.

If, for any reason, my application is not approved, no payment will be processed. By submitting this form, I understand that my place is not secured until payment has been completed.

I understand that full payment must be received no later than 6 weeks before the retreat start date in order to confirm my participation. If I selected the 50% deposit option when booking, the Organizer will email a payment link for the remaining balance no later than 6 weeks before the retreat start date. Timely payment is required to confirm participation. All payments must be made in USD. Any applicable currency conversion fees or international transaction charges are the responsibility of the participant.

• If I cancel more than 6 weeks before the retreat, I may receive a refund minus a $250 administrative fee, or transfer my payment to a future retreat.

  • If I cancel within 6 weeks of the retreat start date, no refund or transfer will be

provided unless my place is filled by another guest.

  • If I do not attend the retreat without prior written notice ("no-show"), I understand

that no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Late arrivals do not qualify for partial refunds or credits.

  • If I leave the retreat early for any reason, no refund will be provided.

  • I may request to transfer my booking to another eligible participant, provided the

Organizer approves the transfer and the new participant completes the full medical screening no later than 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, border closures, civil unrest, or governmental restrictions), all payments made will be either:

  • Converted into a personal credit, valid for use toward any future program

within 1 year,

  • Or fully refunded, at my discretion (unless otherwise prevented by circumstances).

The Organizer is not responsible for any non-refundable expenses incurred by participants, such as flights or travel insurance.

I agree not to book any flights or make travel arrangements until my application has been reviewed and officially approved. I understand that registration is only confirmed after approval and receipt of my deposit.

I acknowledge that the Retreat Organizers recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and flight insurance to cover any unexpected changes, cancellations, or non-refundable expenses.

I confirm that I have read and accepted the full terms and conditions, that all information provided in this form is true and complete, and that I accept full personal and legal responsibility for my participation. I have filled in the Health Form. This form is mandatory to ensure your own safety during the Ayahuasca retreat in Peru. It enables our team to provide appropriate care and respond effectively in case of any medical needs or emergencies. Your honest disclosure is essential not only for your wellbeing but also for the safety of all participants involved in the retreat.
