Hi, I’m Sofia Mellano! 🦋✨

I am a Somatic Practitioner, Human Design Mentor, and a facilitator of sacred plant medicines and cacao ceremonies. As a 2/4 Reflector, I experience life as a deep, intuitive mirror for my community. My greatest gift is reflecting your own beautiful truth back to you. For over ten years, I’ve traveled the world holding space for people to heal right where the body, the nervous system, and Spirit meet.

In my sessions and retreats, I weave together ancient wisdom—like Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, and Kirtan—with modern somatic tools to help you gently release the unresolved experiences stored in your body. I started this work in 2016 by founding Svarupa Bespoke Wellness in Singapore, and today I spend my time guiding private sessions, mentoring online, and hosting immersive international retreats.
